The effect of negative experience varies depending on the experience cycle. The disaster experience is a negative experience, and the risk sensitivity increases by experiencing it with an appropriate stimulation intensity. However, susceptibility declines over time. (Refer to No.30 blog) If you want to maintain sensitivity, we recommend about 12 months with a relatively long cycle.

Extremely shortening the negative sensation cycle will have the opposite effect. If this becomes a mental disorder in some way, the effect of recovering from the disorder by frequently performing the negative experience has been confirmed under some conditions. Record your fearlessness in your body with a negative repetitive experience. This method requires expertise in psychobehavioral therapy. In any case, it is necessary to properly control the intensity of the stimulus during the experience. (See No.21 blog)
