15. Required extensibility

We are working to improve safety through the RiMM. For 20 years, we have consistently taken safety seriously. The first theme I worked on was a simulator to improve my skills. The simulator enables learning of driving operations, training on coping behavior in the event of a disaster, repeated practice of procedures, and simultaneous recording and evaluation of operation logs, as well as functions to promote skill transfer. Concerns about using the simulator are initial cost and flexible extensibility by the user. Even if it is developed, it is important for users to have the ability to flexibly edit the content, such as increasing the number of case studies due to cost factors, changing the content, adding and expanding functions, and deriving case studies. The RiMM was developed with the aim of achieving this flexibility and expandability. This flexibility is a unique idea that is unprecedented overseas.
